The Kentucky Land Title Association (KYLTA) is a statewide trade association representing the land title industry in Kentucky. With members throughout Kentucky, KYLTA membership comprises of title insurance agents, real estate attorneys and underwriters to doing business in Kentucky. We are dedicated to educating the consumer on the true value of title insurance.

KYLTA members provide certainty, efficiency and security to real estate transactions by conducting title searches, examinations, closings, and issuing title insurance to protect real property owners and mortgage lenders against losses from defects in titles.
